As the Founder and Director, Sr. Chong Chun Loong brings extensive experience in property valuation, asset management, and strategic planning. A Registered Valuer with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, and Estate Agents Malaysia, he has worked with major corporations and REITs, overseeing large-scale valuations and property strategies. With a strong background in property operations and valuation, Rita Goh oversees the day-to-day management of the company, ensuring smooth operations across all managed properties. Megat Mohamad

With over 20 years of industry experience, Megat Mohamad specializes in building technical systems, maintenance, and repair operations to ensure properties run efficiently and safely. Holding a Malaysian Skills Certificate from Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK), he has developed strong expertise in system upgrades, compliance, and cost control, making him a trusted professional in property maintenance. Since joining Vestcom in early 2024, he has been an integral part of the mobile technical support team, providing reliable solutions for complex maintenance challenges.
